West Wales Regional Championships 2026
Used to work out the swimmer's age, which decides their age group and which events they can enter.
For this meet, ages are worked out as at 31 December 2026, not on the day the swimmer swims, so their age group may be different from their age today.

Your confirmation is sent here, with a link to view the entry later.
Start typing the club's name or its short code, then pick it from the list.
Tick each event to enter and type the swimmer's best time for it. If they haven't swum the event before, type NT (no time).
Typing times: type the numbers only and the dots and colons are added for you, so 2850 becomes 28.50 and 12345 becomes 1:23.45. Typing N gives NT.
Qualifying standards: once you've entered the date of birth and gender, the standard for the swimmer's age group shows under each event, and a time you type is checked against it straight away.
Select the events you wish to enter and provide your entry time for each.
Time format: Enter as M:SS.ss (e.g., 1:23.45 for 1 min 23.45 sec) or SS.ss for under 1 minute (e.g., 28.50). Type digits only - formatting is automatic. No time (NT): Every event you tick needs a time. If you don't have one, type NT.
Someone the organisers can call during the meet if there's a problem, ideally someone who isn't swimming or working on poolside.
Tell the organisers about any medical conditions, and any help the swimmer needs on poolside, such as a tapper, a guide or help with the start. Leave a box blank if it doesn't apply.
